Can You Make A Template On Photoshop Elements 2021

Since I've been sharing templates lately, I desire to show y'all how to utilize a Photoshop template. I wish I had known how when I start started digital scrapping. When I began, I did everything the hard fashion. I used templates, but I created my designs on top of them--using them similar a guide. Open the template and re-create your get-go photo into the file.
