I have now exhausted my options with this phone. I kept trying and then many times trying to install some app on my childs phone. No affair what information technology doesn't let. I end upward getting the screen to enter parent'southward microsoft electronic mail. I have the same problem. I don't mind that there is not much apps compared with Android and iPhone and I have much patience with WP. Merely this is really an issue that MS should deal in no fourth dimension because information technology is but basic function of a smartphone. Please resolve this problem urgently! Information technology is making me consider giving up on WP and I won't exist coming dorsum if I do.

I bought a windows 8.1 Microsoft Lumia 532 telephone for my child. I setup MyFamily and added child's account in it. Setup parental controls. Now I am trying to install youtube app on my kid'southward phone but information technology doesn't let me to install.
The phone keeps request the parent to setup my family unit which I have already done as the parent. I clicked on every possible link on "My Family" on browser on my computer, even so I can't find whatsoever other way to allow to install apps. How can I install any app on this telephone now?

-i. Reset your child's device :-( .
-two. While the device resets, modify your child'due south age in their Microsoft business relationship past making it more than 21 years old.
-three. While the device resets, remove the child from the Microsoft parental control family. So invite him again to the family of parental control of Microsoft.
I don't know if there are any unnecessary steps, but in this way I was able to install applications again.
